1.The Maple Syrup is not added in the boil, but added in secondary - this causes more fermenting.
2.Orange peel is Sweet Orange Peel, added at 15 minutes left
3.Cinnamon is a single stick, added at 5 minutes left
4.Add 4 oz. Cocoa Nibs in Secondary, and 7 oz (by weight) maple syrup
5.Prime with Maple Syrup, probably about 4.25 oz, but calculate it based on temperature, to be sure.
