Special Instructions
1.Strike water of 6-7 gals to 155-158 degrees
2.Mash- pour in only 5 gals of water with grains stirring occassionaly cover and mash for 60 min
3.Rinse- drain mash for re-heating, rinse grains with remaining water and top off to 5.5 gals
4.Start Boil- start heat add hops and bring to a gental rolling boil/ 60 min
5.Cold Crash- lower wort temprature to yeast target temprature and transfer wort
