2.1 kg roasted / steeping (Special B,Chocolate,Roasted barley) with 4 liters water.For one day stirring add and boil(60 min)
3.Lactose and honey added at end of the boil.(Flameout)
4.Water in ppm-Calcium 57 , Magnesium 23 , Ackalinity as CaCO3 155 , Sufate 52 , Chloride 95 , Sodium 56 ,RA as CaCO3 101
5.Bread yeast 44gr.Ferment at 18C for 7 days rise at 22C .Cold crushing at 0-1 C.
