Sept 16/19 5am: Laser reading 24C. FC was not plugged in. Plugged it in and set to 20C.
Sept 16/19 245pm: Laser reading 22.6C, churning hard, normal krausen size.
Sept 17/19 715am: Laser reading 21.6C, fermentation has slowed down, krausen dropped.
Sept 17/19 915pm: Added 6oz of Cashmere dry hops
Sept 29/19 630pm: Added 4.75oz 500ml water 2g sea salt dextrose to 17L (72.5F) for 2.75 volumes
