-Brewed 11/30-151-152F mash temp.-5.07 sparge pH-5.32/1.085 first runnings.-5.58/1.024 second runnings.-5.78/1.011 final runnings-5.44/1.036 pre-boil-Added 10mL phos to BK-1.043 O.G., 5.40pH. Easy brew day. Gravity came in just a hair shy. Homegrown hops could've used more drying time. Seemed a bit wet and tacky. Will taste and evaluate once fermentation wraps up--not sure I'll dry hops with the remaining hops. TBD.12/[email protected]. Surprised to see the attenuation. Maybe fermented a hair too warm ...
