Special Instructions

Bake Pumpkin Puree at 350 for 35mins

Bring 1.5 Gallons of water to 155-164F
3.
Steep Grains and for 20mins
4.
Remove Grains and let drip,don't squeeze bag
5.
Bring water to a boil
6.
Add Pumpkin Puree to muslin bag and add to boil 60min
7.
Add DME Pale Ale Extract 60mins
8.
Add Citra Hops at 30mins
9.
Add Irish mosh at 15mins left
10.
Cool Wort to 70F
11.
Add 1tsp of yeast to Primary
