Notes:
Getting better. The yeast taste is less present and it feels more like an ipa (2x IPA) right now. I add 3 oz of azzaca hops to get an extra citrus punch.

Taste good but ain't feel like ipa to me. Add 4 oz of Simcoe and 3oz of centennial hops

Do I taste an off flavour like cidery? Possible. Beer still really young.
Doesn't taste like a ipa so far. I wonder if the switch of malt (pilsner instead of 2 row) affect the taste or it is more the safale-04 that I taste?
Nice colour!
Will dry hop alot!
