mash at 148 to 152 degrees for a half hour

boil for a half hour

chill rapidly to 20 degrees c, transfer to carboy, add 2 packs yeast and ferment at 15 to 20 degrees c for 10 to 20 days

add 7 to 8 grams per litre of priming sugar bottle and store at 20 degrees c for 2 weeks or;

transfer to keg and pressurize with CO2 at 8 to 10 psi
