Special Instructions

1.
Mash grain is 8.4 gallons distilled water for 60 mins at 154 deg F

Add half the grain then add 2.5 grams of Gypsum, 2.5 gram Calcium Chloride, 1.7 grams Epsom salt, 3.4 grams baking soda
3.
Added 8 ounces to hot wort from boil and made a slurry. Added that to flame out.
4.
Add PB2, MM extract and Vanilla extract to primary keg and let it sit for 2-3 weeks then transfer to serving keg
