1 tsp cacl 1 tsp sulphate per 5 gallons

Brewed 7/21/19 ended with 1.06 so added water to cut down to 1.050

5.25 gal water in Biab electric system used pound of wheat not what’s shown above

four gallons in fermentor , temp set at 66 overnight , 70 in morning. will ramp to 75 second or third day.

Brewed on 7/21/19 Sunday Thursday ferment has stopped hope it’s not stuck will check gravity on Monday

Damn stuck fermentation 1.03 pissed picking up some belle saison to get it finished

ok ferment wasnt stuck, damn tube i use to check didnt go in far enough the hydrometer never floated. lol idiot.

Bottled 8/20 like the sample 3.0 volumes 5.1 oz corn sugar 72 degrees

4 gallons , 29 - 16 oz bottles 2 - 8 oz
