Notes:

17 days after bottling: In snifter, served at about 60F Appearance: Reddish brown raisin colour, thin frothy light tan head. Clear. Aroma: Raisin, toffee, leather, wood, light basement, cinnamon, earthy. Taste: Dark fruitcake, some nuttiness as well as all above smells. Bittersweet, more sweet though. Palate: Mid-high carbonation, slight booziness. Warming effect. mid feel, lightly oily with a dry finish. Overall: Very good, I am happy with this beer.
