Special Instructions

1.
May 18/19 930am: Hit mash temp of 65.5C, 30 minute mash.

3ml phosphoric to Mash and Strike water. 3:2 CaSO4:CaCl2 mash, 3.5:2.2 CaSO4:CaCl2 sparge

Hit 61.8C with sparge water.
4.
1.043 pre boil.
5.
30g dried berries at 7 minutes left of boil.
6.
May 18/19 230pm: Into FC set to 18C. Yeast looked and felt weird.
7.
May 20/19 8pm: FC up to 21C
8.
May 21/19 6pm: Added 80g crushed up Anhydra strawberries and 1oz Loral Cryo hops to 21C beer.
9.
May 24/19 6am: Set FC to 14C to cc.
10.
May 25/19 Noon: Turned back up to 20.5C, got nervous beer was done and wanted to take a sample.
11.
June 3/19 Bottling Day: 19L at 21C for, 4.9oz dextrose for 2.65 volumes. 1g sea salt and 1tbsp acid blend.
