Notes:

Amazing! This tastes just like a beer from a pub. It has a slight metallic twang and the earthy note from the Saaz comes through nicely. This just goes down so well it will have to go into 5 gallon production! The only thing stopping me from giving this 5 stars is the excessive amount of floaty sediment.
