Special Instructions

Lightly toast coriander, pepper and paradise seeds on medium heat just until you smell the coriander. Then, grind and add in sachet at flameout.
2.
Peel two medium cucumbers completely. Do not leave peel. Sanitize and add to fermenter for the last 24 hours before bottling.
