Based on the original Tuatara APA but with Moutere subbed for some Simcoe/Amarillo boil additions. I repitched some vermont from my DIPA for the juice factor.
Well it took months for a harsh rubbery flavour to age out, should've said no to the repitched yeast, the DIPA must have stressed it. But it's a super hoppy APA and the Moutere was super fresh (like US and NZ hops were before the craft scene went crazy), shame some of the hops have faded a touch now it's drinkable. It's a great mix of dank pine, citrus and stonefruit with a hint of tropical (mango). It's a solid recipe, would be great with a fresh yeast that lets the hops shine.
