Missed the fuck out of my target numbers. I shouldn't have targeted 75% efficiency in the first place, but ended up with 58%... WTF!!! Totally out of style for a Dobbelbock! Best I can hope for is a Robust or Baltic Porter.Hit 5 gallons in fermenter dead on, but definitely had much less than 3/4 gal BK loss.
