Mashing with a little over 1.5 gallons of water. ~.25 of that is distilled and the rest is tap water treated with a little campden powder. Will sparge with ~1.75 gallons of water. ~.25 of that is distilled with the rest being campden-treated tap water. Will pitch this wort on the cake of my previous pale ale.
