Double batch for a total of 11-12 gal. Grain bill: 44% Pilsner Malt, 40% Flaked Wheat, 10% Flaked Oats, 3% Aromatic Malt, 3% Acidulated Malt Mash in at 105, adding boiling water to slowly increase to 125. Pull approx 1/3 of the volume for a decoction mash, combine to 145, pull a 2nd decoction, combine to 155. Sparge twice to collect full volume of wort. Added 4-5 oz orange zest, 1 oz coriander, and 8 chamomile tea bags at flame out. Ferment at 68-72 with Safale T-58
