Mash in at 105, adding boiling water to slowly increase to 125.
Pull approx 1/3 of the volume for a decoction mash, combine to 145, pull a 2nd decoction, combine to 155.
Sparge twice to collect full volume of wort.
Added 4-5 oz orange zest, 1 oz coriander, and 8 chamomile tea bags at flame out.
Ferment at 68-72 with Safale T-58
