Special Instructions

1.
Pre-heat Strike water to 165
2.
Hold Mash temp at 155 for 90 minutes
3.
Sparge with 170 F for 75 minutes (collect 6.5 gallons wort)
4.
Boil until volume is at 6.5 gallons
5.
Add bittering hop (60), then add hops per schedule
6.
Ferment for 10 days
7.
rack to secondary, & add dry hop (10 days)
