Special Instructions

Pre-heat Strike water to 166º
2.
Hold Mash temp at 154º for 90 minutes
3.
Sparge with 170º for 75 minutes (collect 7.0 gallons wort)
4.
Boil until volume is at 6.5 gallons
5.
Add bittering hop (60), then add hops per schedule
6.
Chill wort, add ClarityFerm & Pitch Wyeast 1056 (1 package): OG 1.067
7.
Ferment for 7 to 10 days in primary
8.
rack to secondary, & add dry hop (10 days)
