Special Instructions
1.Yeast nutrient goes in at 15 minutes left of boil
2.Add honey at flameout and stir to dissolve
3.Separate worts then add Saffron and Coriander
4.Add the White Grape Juice Concentrate (recipe really calls for 1qt, not 1lb) in secondary
Pours 2.5 fingers of pillowy foam, yellow in color. Aroma is green grape forward with grain and a touch of sulfur at the end. Flavor is about the same though the grain malt flavor dominates and the grape plays in with the sulfur barely noticed; similar to Pilsner Urquell to me. Body is medium and a little sharpness in the carbonation. Overall, it's an okay beverage, not something that I would turn to all the time as it's like a pilsner with a unique grape edge. 3 stars.
