Notes:
Just kegged it a couple of days ago and it turned out pretty nice. It’s not as sweet as I had hoped as I now think I should have used more caramel malts. But it has a very clean, bready, biscuity profile, which is certainly one of the characteristics I wanted. It’s also very young, so it should continue to get better as it ages over the next few weeks. I think I’d like to try this recipe again, but add some maple syrup to it. We’ll see.
