Special Instructions

1.
Use 1 g/gallon gypsum to treat distilled or reverse osmosis water.
2.
Mash grains at 66°C for one hour.
3.
Do a 90 minute boil.
4.
Steep flameout hops for 10 minutes before chilling.
5.
Pitch cooled wort at 19°C and allow temperature to rise naturally to 21°C.
6.
Ferment 20-23c
7.
When fermentation is complete, dry hop in primary fermenter for five days.
8.
Drink it as fresh as possible (~2-3 weeks after packaging) for maximum late hop character.
