Notes:
Not bad. Translucent, straw gold color with slight head but great lacing. Aroma is clean, sweet, fruity with notes of banana, apple and anise. Flavor is clean, malty-sweet with apple and pear esters. Dry, slightly tart with low bitterness and a touch of astringency. Wouldn't use this yeast strain for a style which requires distinct ester/phenol presence as they are subdued. Good beer though, easy drinker!
