Starter: - Did starter on Fri with planned brew day on Mon.- Wy1968 was about 1.5 months old from Manf date.- BF is 5.5 gal/ 1.056 batch to give target pitch rate of 287 B - PB 1.0.- 1st step: BF computes to 1.4 L (143 grams DME) starter for 270 B cells using Bk.- Did a 1.8 L Water to Boil ( 1.4 L plus 400 ml ) - with yeast starter with 143 grams DME.- Finished around ?
