If using 1968: Ferment at 68 F for 7 days. Crash to 32 for 7 days.

With WLP005: Ferment this yeast properly pitch at 64-66F and let it rise to 66-68F.

Nice balance of ESB yeast working with a malty base. Hops flavor is very nice with mild bitterness.
