Mash in 16L grain at 177F
2.
Mash out with 3L of boiling water

Batch sparge to final volume
4.
Boil 60min with hop schedule
5.
Pitch lacto and purge with CO2, maintain 115F
6.
When desired pH reached boil to kill lacto
7.
Cool and pitch yeast
8.
Rack beer to secondary on fruit puree
9.
Dry-hop last two days of fermentaiton
