OG at 125f - 1.084 - after letting cool it was 1.072 at 75f. .... after 1 gallon water addition to fermenter bringing no volume to 5 gallons, OG is 1.058@ 75f Dry hopped on day 3. Gravity reading was 1.016 at 78f Bottled on on day 8. Final gravity is 1.014 at 75f.
