Tasted on day 3 of coditioning... aroma is grapefruit and orange ... beer tastes great! Beer clearity is some what foggy and way less hazy than expected... beer tastes great at this point and only slightly malty flavor
Day 3 of fermentation - hops were added, gravity was taken fermentation temp was at 78f. Tasted sample and seems to have very little bitterness... hopefully it will shine thru on final product
