Special Instructions

1.
Add flameout hops for 20 min hopstand, then chill
2.
Cool to 64F and pitch yeast. Set temp controller to 66F
3.
Ferment for 1 week; step up to 70F for 3 days
4.
Add Citra/Galaxy 2-3 days into fermentation
5.
Add Centennial/Citra/Galaxy 5-7 days before kegging
6.
Cold crash at 38F for three days
7.
Distilled water; light & hoppy profile; 1.75 tsp Gypsum; 0.5 tsp CaCl2; 0.17 NaCl
