Special Instructions

1.
Bring 2.5 Gallons of water up to 113F and add in Grain Bag. Wait 10 Minutes.
2.
After 10 Minutes bring water up to 160 F and let steep for 60 mins.
3.
Remove grain sack and add in malt. Bring to a boil constantly stirring until completely dissolved
4.
Add hops to boiling water and let sit for 60 minutes
5.
Remove hops, stir in honey, then cool wart to 65F
6.
Add Water to make 5 total gallons and sprinkle in yeast.
7.
Ferment for 2 weeks
