Mash @150 for 60 min sparge to collect 7.5 gallons

Boil 60 mins. No whirlfloc or Irish moss
3.
At flame out wait until worn cool to 180 to avoid volatizing hop oils
4.
Set timer for 40 mins for hop stand
5.
40 min hop stand Citra,Mosaic,Azacca .25oz each
6.
30 min hop stand Citra,Mosaic,Azacca .50oz each
7.
20 min hop stand Citra,Mosaic,Azacca .75oz each
8.
Chill wort to 67 degrees
9.
After fermentation completes due first of 2 dry hops
10.
First dry hop 5 days Citra,Mosaic,Azacca 1oz of each
11.
Second dry hop 5 days Citra,Mosaic,Azacca 1oz of each
