Special Instructions

Bring 2 quarts to boil with ginger and sugar until sugar dissolves.

Add 2 quarts cold water, peel and juice of 2 lemons.
3.
When cooled to room temperature, strain & pitch.

After 2 days, transfer to plastic containers and let sit for a few hours before chilling.
