Special Instructions
1.Mash the 80L and Torrified Wheat in 48 oz of water
2.Sparge with 16 oz water
3.Add DME and bring to a boil
4.Chill to 70*F
5.Add wort and (room temp) apple juice to carboy - aerate
6.Pitch yeast based on the OG then aerate well
7.Ferment = 2 weeks
8.After fermentation = thaw apple juice concentrate to 70*F and add to bottling bucket (this will back sweeten & prime for carbonating)
9.Bottle condition = check carbonation by opening a bottle every few days and when it is at the right level stop fermentation by chilling it (you'll need to keep the bottles in fridge from now on).
