Notes:

Color is a deep bright gold with good carbonation and a small tight white head. Aroma is a sweet caramel scent. It has a medium body with a smooth rich mouth feel. Taste is sweet with a mild toffee note and a very mild bitterness on the end. Aftertaste is a lingering sweetness but the bitterness wins in the end leaving it with a slightly odd feel. Overall it's not what I wanted it to be, it's a nice brew but not a Tripel.
