Special Instructions

1.
Dissolve honey in warm water and add to carboy
2.
Wash orange and slice into 8 or more pieces
3.
Add the orange, raisins, cinnamon stick, and clove into carboy
4.
Fill 3 inches from the top with cold water
5.
Shake/mix well
6.
Once at room temperature pitch 1 teaspoon of yeast
7.
After 3 days top up with room temp water and let sit for 2 months
8.
Ferment = 8 weeks (or until clear)
9.
Bottle condition = 3 weeks
