Special Instructions

1.
On Flameout, let the Galaxy Soak for 20 mins before cooling
2.
2 day diacetyl rest at final og. Rack to secondary, dry hop for 3 days in 2nd. Then cold crash to 2 degrees C for another two days before you transfer to keg.
3.
Transfer to Keg, set to 2 degrees C. Set PSI to 2 bar but pressure dropped to 1 with CO2 in fridge, still perfect
4.
Note: Mashed at 65 for 60 mins to get max fermentable sugars and let US05 come very clean. Mashed out at 72 for 10 mins.

Notes:

Wow, I'm so pleased with this! It tastes like the brewing company's pale ale stocked in Lidl and it is gorgeous. A little hazy so when I remake I'll clear that up but this is def going on my keep in stock list! Very pleased, probably the best beer I've made to date!

    OG 1.056, off by 0.02. ONly got 20 litres due to Grainfather waste

    Never mind, after correcting reading for Temperature it's 1.057

    Finished at 1.011, Dry hopped for 3 days at 18 degrees C (Same as ferment temp). The cold crashed at 2 degrees C for 2 days before kegging and gassing at 3 degrees C.
