Special Instructions

Create Lactobaccillus starter (https://www.fivebladesbrewing.com/lactobacillus-starter-guide/)
2.
Let work for two days @ 100F
3.
Mash at 150F
4.
Mix starter with wort and incubate for two days @ 100F
5.
Boil for 50 minutes
6.
Add hops at 45 minutes
7.
Cool to 60-70F and pitch yeast
