Special Instructions

1.
90 minute Boil
2.
Add soft sugar at boil initiation
3.
Add syrup 10 minutes prior to flame out.

Chill to 64 degrees, pitch yeast, and aerated.
5.
Ferment at 76 degrees for 6 days
6.
At 1.010 dump primary yeast and chill to 50F for 4 weeks.
7.
Hold bottles at 72F for 2 weeks for initial carbonation. Cellar for 3-6 months.
