Notes:
Gravity before the boil was around 1.07, Gravity after the boil and adding DME was around 1.14 on 14 gallons. Split between three buckets was about 4.67 gallons in each bucket. They is a little more in the wider bucket.
Notes:
Starting temperature is around 62-63 degrees in the basement. Already bubbling strong.
Notes:
Heated 8 gallons of Crystal Springs water from Blue Ridge, GA to 163.9 degrees to 23 lbs of grains at 62 degrees and got an almost perfect 146.7 degree mash temperature. Mashed for 90 minutes.
