Special Instructions

Steep grains in 2.5 Gallons of water @ 170 degrees

Bring to boil and add Gold malt syrup
3.
Return to boil and add hops

Boil for 60 mins.
5.
Boil another 3 Gallons of water and cool it down.
6.
Mix 2.5G with the 3 G to make 5 Gallons in carboy. Shake / aerate and add Yeast
