Special Instructions
1.Proceed with mash and boil. Whirlpool flameout hops for 1 minute.
2.Chill to 64 and pitch yeast.
3.After two days, add first charge of dry hops. After two more days, add second charge. After a week of fermentation, add remaining hops.
4.After 3 days of dry hopping, cold crash to 35 F. Keg.
