Special Instructions

parboil 2 lbs of mash-addition pumpkin before mashing

3.5 lbs of roasted pumpkin (cooked with spice mix, brown sugar, black strap molasses, and maple syrup) is added with 15 mins left in boil
3.
In addition to the 3.5 lbs of roast pumpkin added to secondary, grind up two whole vanilla beans with vodka to add to beer
4.
Spice mix includes 2tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp ground ginger, 1/4 tsp of nutmeg, and 1/4 tsp clove per lb of pumpkin
