This recipe was cloned from Stella's Red Headed Banshee 2.

add 4 gal of water @ 163f to get 152.5f. appx.Mash 1 hr.

Sparge 4.5 gal water @ 180f to get 165.5f. Mash 15 min.

Should have appx. 6.5 gal of wort. Heat till boil 60min.
5.
1st sign of boil add 1oz of KG hops(goldings)60 min.
6.
Irish Moss 15min.
7.
1oz. Cascades 5min.
8.
cool wort to 78f pitch yeast.
9.
Fermentation 1 week.
10.
2nd Fermentation 1 week
11.
Bottle condition 1 week
