Special Instructions

1.
Combine all 6oz of 20 minute hops together and add 1.5oz of combination at 20 mins, 15 mins, 10 mins and 5 mins.
2.
Start fermentation with the Dry English Ale yeast.
3.
When fermentation is about half over, add High Gravity yeast.
4.
Liquify and add 2/3 pound of dextrose to primary daily after High Gravity yeast addition over the course of seven days.
5.
Add yeast nutrient every other day during dextrose additions.
6.
Rack to secondary once primary fermentation is complete.
7.
Add 0.5oz of each dry hop variety five times over four week period.
8.
6oz of Warrior may be used to replace the 9 HopShot syringes.
