Notes:
Transferred to secondary (Corny keg with dip tube filter) evening of 10/6, added 2 oz Citra cryo packs, and moved to keggerator to crash - Final BRIX 6.9 - Estimated ABV 5.1%. Transferred to serving keg evening of 10/8.

Notes:
Brewed 9/30 - OG 1.055, BRIX 13.6 with 5.05 gal yield (boiled over despite boiling in a 10 gal kettle) - Primary fermentation taking place in a chamber set at 67* - First DH charge of Citra cryo pack added once krausen had built up - Added 2 vials of Clarity Ferm (1 at yeast pitch and 1 with first DH charge w/in 24 hours of fermentation starting).
