Bring 3.1 gallons of water to 165?F (~16 minutes)

Add 9lb Pilsner malt (46 GU), 8oz CaraPils/Dextrine (2 GU), 8oz Munich malt (3 GU)
3.
Starch conversion rest for 60 minutes at 154 ?F
4.
Mashout to 170?F and sparge with 1.3 gallons of water at 170?F
5.
Top-up wort to 5.5 average gallons and bring to a rolling boil (~55 minutes)
6.
Add 1oz Hallertau (26.8 IBU) - 60 min
7.
Add 0.5oz Hallertau (6.7 IBU), 0.5oz Tettnang (6.7 IBU) - 15 min
8.
Add 1oz Tettnang - Flameout
9.
Begin chilling to 68.0?F
10.
Chilling complete; top up with water to total 5 gallons; aerate and pitch Wyeast 2278 - Czech Pils
11.
Prime and bottle about 53 bottles
