Special Instructions

1.
Mix grain with 500ml water & liquorice. Rolling boil 20 mins
2.
Mix malts & maltodextrin together with 2l hot water in a pot. Gently boil 15mins
3.
Mix hops in pot with 500ml. Heat to boiling, then simmer 2 mins. Turn off heat & stand 10 mins. Pour thru stocking into malts.
4.
Add yeast to some warm water.
5.
Put 10l cold water into fermenter. Add hot ingredients. Add cold water up to 20l. Temp 20-30 degC. Add yeast.
6.
Ferment 20 degC
