Special Instructions

1.
Infuse to 135 degrees F. Let sit ~20 minutes.
2.
Pull most of grain for decoction. Heat decoction to ~158 degrees, let sit 20 minutes
3.
Bring decoction to a boil for about 15-20 minutes, add enough back to main mash to reach ~158 degrees. Let the rest cool to ~158 (add cool water?) and then add it back.
4.
Let sit ~30 minutes, "fly" (siphon) sparge with water ~190 degrees F
