Special Instructions

4.7 gallons mash water 4.2 ml lactic acid, 1 gram calcium chloride, 5.75 gallons sparge water 1.2 gram Calcium Chloride.

Add 1 gram of pickling lime to mash tun

1 lb of corn sugar at 10 min

After flameout addition let hops rest for 30 min before chilling.

Ferment at 68 degrees for 7 days, dry hop for 4-7 additional days.
